Clients Table

This table contains all details of Clients of which the details of Digital signatures are stored. Following are the fields which are set up in Clients Table.

Mandatory Fields

All these fields are mandatory to be filled up as the other fields are dependent on these, else all records will be incomplete.

Name of Client

This is main field in which name of Client is to be mentioned. It can be anything like Company, Individual or any other business.

Email Id

This field contains the email id of the Client which can be used to send email using Send Email button.

Please make sure to mention correct email id of the Client. This field is useful to send Emails from Airtable.

Mobile Number

This field requires a 10 digit mobile number of the Client to be filled up.

Please note that, mobile number has to be 10 digit (i.e. without country code) as the default country code of 91 is already set up in the template. This field is useful to send Whatsapp message from Airtable.

Contact Person

Name of contact person of the client is to be mentioned here which will be used while sending email and whatsapp messages.

Calculated Fields

These are the fields which are calculated based on existing fields.

Since these are calculated fields, please do not delete this field, else the template may not work as desired.

Digital Signatures

This is linked field which is linked to Client field of Digital Signatures table.

Total DSCs

This is calculated field which shows total number of DSCs which are associated with a particular client.
